->critical not that it crashes, or there is any dataloss, but being unable to read/write bugs (in bugzilla) is pretty bad. Completely useless build for any tester. Even getElementById() can't catch the value of the selectbox

Is it windows-only? I think actually it's a smoketest blocker.

It's a problem for Cairo and non-Cairo builds on Windows (don't know about Mac/Linux yet).

Verified FIXED using build 2006-03-03-08 of SeaMonkey trunk on Windows XP.

That's a build that actually contains the patch relanded but with additional fixes in.
