I often send large (really large) attachments. These are always on disc
somewhere, and I don't want to bother saving them to the IMAP server.
I'd like a checkbox to permit Mozilla to omit the binary, recording only the fact that one had been attached.
This is the flip side of 'delete attachment', but for outgoing messags.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.send a large attachment
2 [review].watch your IMAP server disc quota drop
