Details

CSS only works some of the time. Hitting reload will bring up a page which may or may not include the CSS. Sometimes, only the background colour showed up but nothing else. Other pages on the site also did this (I doubt this is site-specific).
It's a dup of bug 29370 for which a temporary fix has been checked in a couple of weeks ago. You can either download a more recent version or turn off the Memory Cache in the Debug prefs. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 29370 ***
