Steps to reproduce:
- Load the attached website.
- Between " Wit-Russische oppositieleider erkent verkiezingsuitslag niet" and "Dronken automobilist rijdt in op moeder en zoon" you'll see an extra blank line. It is the second time I see this today on this news page so it is not unique.
Regression between 1.9a1_2006030713 and 1.9a1_2006030721:

I think this could be a regression caused by bug 164700.

I think that this is dup of bug 329987. But I cannot test the patched build, now.
