In bug 321237, I changed the dirservice keys returned by xulapps; but there are some places in nsXREDirProvider that have extra checks for mXULAppDir which probably cause us to register xulapp/components twice. http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/toolkit/xre/nsXREDirProvider.cpp#538
