What technique are you using to set the image as background? If I use the Format | Page Colors & Background, I can't reproduce this problem with TB 3a1-0316. If you're using CSS, this could be bug 280480; see also bug 277925.

This is not either of these bugs. The problem is that i set a background image that is in my hard drive. When I send the email(or save as draft or template) it will not send the file. It stays at the screen. I attatched files.

OK; the screenshot from comment 4 shows the same basic approach I took. Is this a problem with recent builds, or have you experienced this for a while?

I have never tried to set a picture as the background before, so I wouldn’t know. Could you test the problem with the most recent build?

Yes, that issue from 319818 seems like the same thing is happening as for the one I filed.

OK, I'll dupe this for now. If and when a fix is in for that other bug, check to be sure it works for background images, and if that hasn't also been fixed, we can reopen this.
