All buttons on the personal toolbar have the mozilla icon, even when the show website icons box is checked in edit/preferences/appearances
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.check box in edit/preferences/appearances
2.drag and drop web page to personal toolbar or create bookmark and use menu system
3.
Actual Results:
button created with correct text but standard seamonkey icon
Expected Results:
button created with correct text and correct icon

That pref switches the website icon in the URL bar on or off.
Changing browser.chrome.load_toolbar_icons to 1 or 2 (using about:config) should work, see bug 143687 comment 66.
