Maybe that's the fault of your ISP's cache/proxy? Or try changing your browser.cache.check_doc_frequency to 1 in about:config (changes from 'when it's out of date' to 'every time')

When the cached data will expire? See about:cache(both memory cache device and disk cache device) and check date set in "Expires:". Bug 328605?
