http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/themes/classic/communicator/button.css#84 applies to navbar buttons, but the image on bookmark icons in the personal toolbar folder don't get button.css CSS, just toolbarbutton.css's .toolbarbutton-icon (which doesn't adjust itself based on buttonstyle).
