This is NOT the case in Firefox, and is a bug within the program. Inactive Firefox windows fail to change the state of the scroll boxes to clear white. This is bug confuses the user into thinkin the Firefox window is still active when it truelly is not. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Nothing to reduce the occurance of the bug. Actual Results: This bug is present all time, and is a program-level bug that needs to be fixed. Expected Results: When Firefox windows become inactive, the scroll boxes of the inactive window should change states and become clear/white in color.
