The 'All occurences' vs. 'This occurence' dialog is not shown when using the
delete button on toolbar or the 'Delete selected event' context menu item.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an event recurring every 7 days.
2. Select the second occurence and click the "Delete" toolbar button OR right-click the second occurence and click "Delete Selected Event."
Actual Results:
The single entry is removed and an exception is added to the recurring event.
Expected Results:
The "'All occurences' vs. 'This occurence' dialog" should appear.
