http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/release.html says: 1. Do a search for blockers for the release, ordered by Importantce, and make the query link into a tinyurl. 2. Put that tinyurl at the very end of the topic line of the #mozwebtools IRC channel on irc.mozilla.org, with a brief explanation like "2.20 Blockers: tinyurl". This makes Bugzilla issue a modified LASTORDER cookie to any user clicking the link, effectively forcing the sort order on people. This is rather annoying.
