May not be the final answer, but this is better than what we had before. Will be good to collect feedback on it. Add a left and right arrow in the sidebar header which you can click on to cycle forward or backwards through the views.

I think the buttons have too much space between them but you get the idea.

I'm still not entirely happy with all of the padding and space the arrow icons are getting because they are toolbarbuttons. But this is good enough to start getting feedback. 1) add a left and right arrow in the folder pane for cycling the view forward and backward 2) get rid of the toolbarbutton style on the sidebar header text, but for now we'll let it be clickable. Eventually I'd like to see this become a menupopup when clicked but I couldn't get the styles to look right. 3) add support for cycling forward and backward to CycleFolderView 4) For folks that use the advanced "show column headers" option in the folder pane, I made a change to show both the sidebar header and the tree column headers. This will make it easier for those users to benefit from whatever UI we develop for the sidebar header to switch between folder views.

this must have been implemented in another bug, because we have cycle arrows in version 2. => invalid (but feel free to change to duplicate of whatever bug implemented this)
