User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr; rv:1.8.0.3) Gecko/20060426 Firefox/1.5.0.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr; rv:1.8.0.3) Gecko/20060426 Firefox/1.5.0.3 The splash page after a Firefox update is in english. Whereas my browser is in french and the preferences are set to french. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Wait for a firefox Update 2. Update firefox 3. Restart firefox or 1. Go to http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/updated Actual Results: The splash page appears correctly but in english Expected Results: A french version of the page (ie i18n of the page). Maybe the "firefox updated" page is not translated or does not correctly manage the i18n. It' too bad, because I think it is the only thing that is not translated for non english users.
Yeah, we have no translations for these pages yet. cc'ing l10n since I'm pretty sure that there's a dupe.

Thanks, I failed finding a i18n or l10n bugzilla list or "get involved" site.
Summary: [ i18n ] "Firefox updated" splash page appears in english → [ l10n ] "Firefox updated" splash page appears in english
I think the best solution would be that http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/updated redirects thanks to "Accept-Language" http header to the corresponding page like http://www.mozilla-europe.org/fr/products/firefox/updated. I don't know who has to be contacted to contribute in mozilla website.
Duped to 314119, and hosting stuff on m-e is not going to help a lot, as it's not really good at handling this traffic for "de" already. Which does that. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 314119 ***
