Currently, suiterunner still fails to launch correctly on Mac, as the command line handler is not packaged correctly.
Additionally, we don't package this recently added file and the storage component (dom_storage.xpt) in installers, which I intend to fix in one common patch.

This corrects the Mac issue by moving app to the end of DIRS in suite/ and adds all files that I could identify as recent additions to our installer packages (as long as they are built anyways)
