User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.3) Gecko/20060426 Firefox/1.5.0.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.3) Gecko/20060426 Firefox/1.5.0.3 See steps to reproduce. When XP is not hibernated in between, Pause then Resume works just fine. But with hibernation the Resume breaks i.e. download remains stuck at earlier percentage and nothing happens. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. start a download e.g. http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/SL-10.1/non-oss-dvd-iso/SUSE-Linux-10.1-GM-DVD-i386.iso 2. after it has downloaded a few MB, "Pause" the download, don't exit FF 3. hibernate XP 4. return from hibernation 5. wait until all network icons in XP task bar show connected status (e.g. wlan or lan) 6. in FF download manager select "Resume" Actual Results: In the download manager the download switches to downloading (and the option for "Pause" reappears), but nothing will be downloaded, and the download progress bar does not move. Expected Results: Be able to just like any other download manager successfully resume downloads even after hibernation.
Mozilla does not have a "real resume" support (resume only works as long as the connection is kept). I think this is a duplicate of bug 18004.
Duping to the according Firefox bug.
