User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.3) Gecko/20060426 Firefox/1.5.0.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.3) Gecko/20060426 Firefox/1.5.0.3 I've had this happen a few times, but haven't been able to reproduce repeatably. After having multiple tabs open and browsing for a while, Firefox will hang for approx 15 seconds and when it starts responding the UI behaves very erratically. Unable to switch tabs, and notably typing text in the location bar appears right-to-left, instead of left-to-right. Additionally, if I quite Firefox the window will disappear but the process must be manually terminated. Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
Jamie - please update to Fx 1.5.0.4. What can you say about installed extensions? Did this happen in safemode at all? Did you visit any particular webpages, when it occured? When opening about:config - what are the values of the prefs starting with "bidi." ? If possible, please provide more related information. (Note: possible relation / dupe of bug 318987, only result here more serious.)

Did you visit any particular > webpages, when it occured? 1.5.0.4 isn't released is it? I can only find 1.5.0.3. I didn't visit any webpages that were out of normal -- typical pages on our corporate network and some news sites. I can comment that it happened after a failed attempt to load a PDF. I clicked on a link to a PDF it it crunched big time in one tab. I was able to close the tab and continue, but with erratic behavior. > When opening about:config - what are the values of the prefs starting with > "bidi." ?
