[cc'ing people who touched css frame constructor lately, although I'm not sure whether they are the ones to blame :) ]
On SeaMonkey startup, I get this warning once:
WARNING: recurring into frame construction: 'mPresContext->mLayoutPhaseCount[eLayoutPhase_FrameC] == 0', file ../../dist/include/layout/nsPresContext.h, line 846
possibly related to bug 339453?
SeaMonkey, trunk from today, linux, no-cairo gtk2.
Will attach a stack trace for the warning in a second.
