Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start SeaMonkey Mail&Newsgroups 2. Goto "Tools in the command bar. 3. Try to edit junk mail controls Actual Results: The "Junk Mail Controls..." command is not available within the "Tools" list. This was caused by MScotts Checkin for Bug 257990 at 2006-05-18 11:03 PST. Relevant Bug to fix this is Bug 335846, so I think this here is a kind of Duplicate for Bug 335846.
