Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.4) Gecko/20060508 Firefox/1.5.0.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.4) Gecko/20060508 Firefox/1.5.0.4 It would be very desirable to have a simple means to disable and later re-enable each installed extension, without having to uninstall and then re-install. For example, when testing a bug, one should be able to easily disable all extensions, to be able to check whether they're causing the bug, and later one should be able to easily re-enable them. This easy disabling/re-enabling would be useful for other situations too. Reproducible: Always
Just in case you didn't know - some people don't - you can enable / re-enable individual extensions in the context menu of the selected extension since the extension manager was introduced in Firefox 0.9. With 2.0 this is more easily discoverable since the selected extension will also display a disable button. As for disabling / enabling all extensions - that is bug 265154. So, this bug is either WFM or a duplicate of bug 265154. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 265154 ***
