E-Mails are not always copied to the sent folder.
First thunderbird stops at "sending authorising information" but copies the mail to the sent-folder
Whe i try to send another e-mail thunderbird stops at "try to copy mail to the sent-folder". the mail is sent, but thunderbird is not able to copy it into the folder - and the mail is lost when shutting down thunderbird - very annoying!
After restarting the programm everythings works fine for 2 or three Mails,...

Reproducible: Sometimes
