This is NOT related to any specific URL. This behavior is occurring since updating with the aformentioned build. Text boxes are misplaced, tabs are not properly displaying. At times the background color on the textbox is missing, thus giving the appearance that the text box does not exist.
Furthermore, it seems like the browser is going wild with mouseover events. For example, when i move my mouse over the tabs, they disappear.

Looks like the next build - 2006060704 has fixed this behavior. Sorry, for the inconvenience.
