Grr. Missed this during the recent Tabs.nib update. This is very inconsistent throughout the prefs, but it seems that the standard is thusly: Title text has the first word capitalized if it's part of a statement (Warn me when:, Choose fonts for:, Show a warning when) and has all words capitalized when the name of a feature (Page History, Annoyance Blocking, Page Colors). If this is the case, we should adopt this everywhere, but this nib doesn't have any bugs currently filed against it (since it was just updated).

Ian convinced me that what we want to do is treat pref names that are sentences like sentences (aside from also capitalizing the first word in the "option" part of the sentence) and capitalize all words in pref names that are fragments. At least I think that's what we agreed. 1 in General "Load Home Page when" -> "Load home page when" 1 in Appearance "Link appearance" -> "Link Appearance" 2 in Tabs "Tab bar -> Tab Bar" and "Single window mode" -> "Single Window Mode" We should add this to the nib checklist.

When we do the Tabs nib, "Single Window Mode" should also be right-aligned.
