When seing the preview of a tab showing just a image the tab preview should make the image fit to it. The actual results are that the image in the preview is too big if we made the browser window smaller after the last time we seen it or vice-versa.

Fixed with checkin for bug 343217 (the patch always scaled the image to fit the tooltip, which seems like a reasonable behavior).
