Steps to Reproduce:
1. open some tabs so that the scrolling buttons appear
2. double-click on left or right button (enabled or disabled doesn't matter)
Actual Results:
new tab opens
Expected Results:
if button is enabled, scroll two tabs. if button is disabled, do nothing.

Okay, just tried a clean profile and it worked.
The "Tabbrowser Preferences" extension causes the misbehaviour.
No longer blocks: tabbedbrowsing
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
