Editors should perhaps live on content rather than frames

The summary says it all, really. Right now editors live on frames, but it might make sense to move them to content instead. Since frames always have content and can always get to it, there's no loss of functionality here, but we can now get at the editor more easily from content, which would be a win for spellchecking and maybe other places.
I'm filing this bug since bryner suggested the idea and mrbkap thought it might be a win; I'll leave it to others more knowledgable than I to decide if this would actually be a good tradeoff to make.
As a general rule it is better to attach things to content rather than frames. Frames come and go, and there can be multiple frames for a single element. So without knowing much about the editor, this sounds good to me.
