If I hover on a bookmark on the bookmark toolbar, it does not give any indication that I am hovering over it. This behavior is also observed on the google toolbar buttons. I can reproduce the bookmark behavior with a brand new profile and with safe mode. (google toolbar was not running in safe mode or installed in the new toolbar.) I'm not sure if this was happening in the last Bon Echo nightly I tested.
