In today's branch build, the text and favicon seem to be shifted a few pixels vertically out of the tab. I think this is caused by the fact that my DPI setting is 120 pixels, instead of 96 pixels.
I am using Windows XP SP2 with a Dell Precision M70 laptop running at 1920x1200 in 32 bit color with a nVidia Quadrofx Go 1400 and 84.30 drivers.
Reproducible: Always

See attachment for a picture of the problem. Note that the background tabs are properly aligned, but the active tab is not.

I forgot to mention that I am using the XP Luna Silver theme, not classic. The problem also occurs in Safe Mode.
I have the following extensions installed, in case they can affect things in safe mode.
Adblock Plus 0.7.1.1
Console² 0.3.5
DOM Inspector 1.8.1b1
IE View Lite 1.2.1
Nightly Tester Tools 1.1
Talkback 2.0b1
Undo Closed Tabs Button 1.9.0
Update Channel Selector 1.0.1

I think it's a matter of the font size that's the problem. I don't think it's scaling properly, but I may be wrong.
