I'm going to report a lot of bug reports about Broken Web Site report wizard.

- The private policy is not translatable.
- "Next" button is confusing, as user won't see this window anymore if she agrees. I prefer to have "I Agree" and "I Don't Agree" instead of "Next" and "Cancel".

- "Back" is useless, because it is disable all the time.
- "Back" is useless, because user won't see Private Policy window (the step before this step) just one time.
- "Send Report" is not a next-like button. There's no way to undo if the report has been sent. So both icon and ">" are confusing.

The icons of Back and Forward buttons are not flipped in RTL locales. Is it GTK+ only?
Also, the ">" mark is not needed as the wizard has its own arrows. (only on GKT+?)
