From bug 348741 comment 23 (and 24): Another thing to note here is that the URL for the privacy policy isn't using the new mozilla.com URI scheme. It should probably be pointing to: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/privacy/ (note: we don't translate this file, so there is no l10n impact)
Just to make sure... this bug is to modify the updated EULA so that http://www.mozilla.com/legal/privacy/firefox-en.html is changed to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/privacy/
After talking with beltzner while he was here we decided to go with http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/privacy/
