New theme's back arrow with drop down menu (when howered) looks weird, the dropdown menu should not interfere with the visuals of arrow itself. I'm attaching a mock screenshot for a better arrow with dropdown menu when mouse is hovered.
Reproducible: Always

Marking depends on bug 350151, because if that is fixed it might change how we wish to style this dropdown.
Depends on: 350151
On Linux FF Beta2 this is how the Backbutton looks when hovered _and_ there is a page to go back to. The shadowing/raising of the icon image overlaps the dropdown arrow and makes it look unsightly.
It would better not to have shadowing between the back-arrow and back-arrow-dropdown, just a thin vertical groove that appears only on hover or highlights on hover.

That's a different bug, which was already fixed.

This is now INVALID since we are once again using bevels instead of the pill effect.
