The user should have the open to open an exe without saving it first like IE does. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Download an exe 2. 3. Actual Results: Gives you the option to save file Expected Results: Should give you the option to save or open.

I did search and did say "This has been raised before". I still haven't found a reasonable explanation as to why this feature isn't included. It's not a security issue as there is no difference from me clicking open in the browser dialog or by saving it and then clicking open.
