Was there a step 0, to install an extension that had the maybe not so good idea of shoving print preview into a tab? After step 2, I've got the print preview completely replacing the whole window, keeping me from getting to step 3.

I'm trying to reproduce the error...and figure out what it was. Following the steps I provided originally will not do it. I'm sorry for the missing information. I'll try to figure it out soon. -glen
