This is just a spin of bug 316232 since that bug is getting very large. I will post the branch version of the RSS patch and all the necessary resources here.

I'm not really sure why we need this bug--all the resources should be identical, and the only branch-trunk differences are that the main patch would need a little love to make it apply, and the separate branch project patch. I don't think two more attachments will kill bug 316232, and that will keep everything together in one place ;)
