Currently, autocomplete field is always LTR.
On RTL inputs, autocomplete direction should be RTL too.
To reproduce go to http://www.google.co.il/ , type something like "foo" and press enter.
now type "f" to see autocomplete suggestions.
Result:
autocomplete suggestions are displayed from LTR. (it should be RTL)

I don't think this is a Core bug, as Firefox/SeaMonkey/Camino (etc) all have their respective implementation for autocomplete, as far as I'm aware.

Mass-assigning the new rtl keyword to RTL-related (see bug 349193).
Keywords: rtl

Will take a patch if one comes along, but we're running out of time for 3.1
