When firefox displays error page e.g. Server not found/Server too busy it also shows "Try again" button.
However, this button does not have focus so 2 tab hits are required to change the focus from page to the button.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
Enter/Space key has no effect

Expected Results:  
Enter/Space will push the button (focus required)
