should AUS return an empty update if AUS url appears bad?
spun off from bug #360127, which users can hit due to bug #357922
Should we make a defensive change on the AUS side to return an empty update snippet when we see a known, bad, "hybrid" request from the client?
(such as /update/2/Firefox/1.5..., or a request with the un-replaced"%OS_VERSION%" literal)
