I can't see a normal in latest trunk (20061113) of firefox 3.

I think this is caused by difference of the height between Japanese fonts and of English ones.

Reporter, do you still see this problem with the latest Firefox 2? If not, can you please close this bug as WORKSFORME. Thanks!

Amigomr, I'm going to close this bug as INCOMPLETE. If you can still reproduce using the latest trunk nightly, please comment in this bug, reopen it, and let us know what your default font is. Without that information, it's hard for us to reproduce (and, thus, fix).

I'm sorry for finding your reply, I am not using Firefox 3 trunk recently...Now, I installed latest Fx3 trunk (20070627 windows version). And this bug isn't now fixed. About this program, I think because of Japanese font such as "MS UI Gothic"(c.f. comment #5, I use WinXP Japanese version, this font is WinXP-ja default font). This bug seems to be peculiar Japanese platform.
