Confirmed hitting the space bar moves the page down and the form off the screen. I confirmed this with 041708 build under NT and 98. Steps to reproduce: click in any empty space outside of a form but in the page content area. Then click in teh Additional comments field of this bug. Hit the space bar. Results: the cursor spaces but page jumps down. Expected result: a space but no jump. additional info: If you first click in any of the other form fields before setting focus in the comment field then you can space to your hearts content wihtout the page jumping. Also, you can keep typing in the form after the page jumps so focus stays with teh form, you just can't see what you're typing.
