Seen in cocoa-cairo Thunderbird built on 11/21/06.

I have tbird set up as an RSS reader only. When I hit the "write" button, a new account setup sheet comes down. If I hit cancel on that sheet, the app crashes.

Program received signal EXC_BAD_ACCESS, Could not access memory.

I can reproduce this every time.
I was able to reproduce this on today's trunk nightly without cairo. 
This is the same bug as bug 362952. I have a patch for bug 362952 and I tested it on this Thunderbird scenario, it fixes it.
