The View menu recently got a lot cleaner, mostly because Tags and Custom Views have been moved into submenus. But I only use a single, simple custom view which shows new messages and those tagged "To Do", so the effect of the change is that it's now harder for me to select the one View I select on a regular basis, because I now have to navigate a menu hierarchy to do it. I'm not sure what the best method is, but it would be useful for there to be some way for frequently-used custom views to appear on the View menu. You might notice that the user has selected some views frequently and automatically add them to the View menu. Or you could include a checkbox in the Message View Setup dialog for manually setting the View to appear in the View menu. Alternately, you could do what you did for folder selection dropdowns and return to the single-menu approach but group Tags and Custom Views under headers to make it easier to navigate the single longer menu.
Blocks: mailviews
In this case you could also use a saved search, right?
