Env: Firefox 3 Minefield (nightly build 20061214) and Window Eyes 6.0
Problem:
You cannot tab between the DHTML alert buttons while Window Eyes is running and in browse mode.
Steps to recreate:
1. Start WindowEyes and Firefox, load url: http://www.mozilla.org/access/dhtml/alert
2. Making sure that you have browse mode on, (ctrl+shift+a).
3. Try to tab through the DHTML buttons.
Note: If you close out the WindowEyes all is fine, you are able to tab, also if JAWS is running all it fine too!

Does the behavior change based on the version of Firefox or the version of Window-Eyes?

The behavior does not change with FF2, can't say for WindowEyes since I don't have a system with WE 5.5

Update, Aaron finally got a system with WE 5.5 installed. The reported problem is only seen with WindowEyes 6.0, tabbing works fine with WindowEyes 5.5

This is a screen reader issue (see Window Eyes defect 3897) closing this bug as Invalid.
