Naturally, a biggie is if it is from anyone in my addess book. So I'm constantly tossing people in the address book if I'm not sure whether they're in there or not, by right clicking on the address and selecting Add. This means I wind up with numerous duplicates. Sure, I could check first to see if they're already in there, but that takes time. It would be nice if tbird just ignored requests to add if it's a duplicate. I'd rather it didn't even warn me it's a duplicate, as that would take a click to get rid of. It may do some duplicate chekcing already, as every duplicate I've found has a case difference somewhere. Reproducible: Always

By the way, I used to carefully search for duplicates, but never found them. I waded thru possible duplicates in that tiny window, then would give up after some number didn't pan out, and post a bug. Often someone would chime in that it was a duplicate. I have sort of given up looking first. Maybe there needs to be a better way to search.
