Recently the mozilla/LICENSE file was changed to include a placeholder text instead of the MPL. This change was backed out, but the back-out should soon be backed out again. So this bug here is for fixing the SeaMonkey installer. The solution is to create a MPL license text file somewhere in xpinstall/packager/ and fix the paths in the packager files.
