I can confirm this bug. The attached image is taken from http://www.nd.edu/~fboze/ . The top example shows the SVG as displayed in the page. The middle example shows the SVG as displayed in Print Preview, which is how the page prints, as well. Notice in the page preview that additional parts of the SVG that are cropped in the page display (as they should be) exist in the shrunken print preview display, notably the points of the stars extending from the bottom of the SVG. The bottom example shows the SVG in page preview with "Print Background" enabled, so that there is a grey box taking up the area that should be the full size of the SVG.

Yes, the SVGs I've looked at appear the same size in Print Preview and on the printed page as they do in the browser window.
