As reported by Joe in bug 357321 comment 34: This checkin seems to have an unwanted side-effect for newsgroups with remote images. The remote image is always blocked, but no dialog appears, or "allow" option. See: news://news.mozilla.org:119/mailman.1605.1164261688.2900.test-multimedia@lists.mozilla.org The remote image is blocked, with no notification, or option to allow. This is still the case, seen using todays 2.0 nightly.
