***Overview Description:
This is kind of wierd to explain so please take a look at the attached testcase. Basically, after going forward or back from a page
that uses a meta-refresh, the browser still continues to refresh the old page.
***Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open the attached testcase.
2) Let it refresh(5 sec.) so you see the counter increment.
3) Click the home.netscape link and wait a sec.
Alternatively, if you didn't load into a new browser window click the back button and wait a sec.
***Actual Results:
Even after you've loaded the new page the old page continues to refresh itself.
***Expected Results:
no refresh.
***Build Date & Platform Bug Found:
This bug is all platforms with the 2000042109 builds.
***Additional Information:
I found this bug while verifying bug 21611. I decided to create this new bug instead of reopening that bug.
