Borders are incorrectly painted on elements that have overflow:auto declared.
(see the <pre> elements (code boxes) on the given url).
When resizing the window, the right border appears than disappears. The bottom border is sporadically missing as well.
This happens more/most frequently on elements that are nested within a right floated container with percentage width. If the container has a fixed width (e.g. using px) the problem doesn't happen, at least for the vertical borders.
This has become much more frequent since the landing of bug 177805.

This has been fixed by the patch in bug 380438.
