Borders are incorrectly painted on elements that have overflow:auto declared. (see the <pre> elements (code boxes) on the given url). When resizing the window, the right border appears than disappears. The bottom border is sporadically missing as well. This happens more/most frequently on elements that are nested within a right floated container with percentage width. If the container has a fixed width (e.g. using px) the problem doesn't happen, at least for the vertical borders. This has become much more frequent since the landing of bug 177805.
