Does the folder show up when you collapse and expand the account? If so, this is probably bug 364519. P.S. You can paste a screenshot taken with Print Screen into MS Paint and then save it as an image file (such as a PNG) and then attach it to the bug. This will allow people to view the image directly in their browser.
