[Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a3pre) Gecko/20070228 SeaMonkey/1.5a] (nightly) (W2Ksp4) [Mozilla Thunderbird, version 3 alpha 1 (20070228)] (nightly) (W2Ksp4) 1. Ctrl+M to open mail Editor. 2. Type something in the subject. 3a. Alt+F4 to close the window. 3b. Save as Draft. 3r. The message is SasD, but the window does not close. <-- BUG Workaround: 4. Alt+F4 again. 4r. Now, it closes. David, I guess that this is a regression of the patches which were checked in recently about "AutoSaved / Save As Draft" behaviours !?

I doubt that patch will do anything, since it's to fix a regression introduced after this bug. I can't reproduce this myself - there must be some settings difference...I tried turning off cached compose window - didn't matter.
Yes, this do seem related/duplicate of bug 372706 (and bug 372168).
